First Aid Courses...
- 1 Day Emergency First Aid For Motorcyclists

Due to the fact that motorcyclists are the first on the scene of any such incident, it is extremely important that they have a good knowledge of what to do and the techniques involved. With such a high injury and fatality rate amongst motorcyclists, there is an ever increasing concern that bikers lack the necessary skills required to assist (their friends) in an accident.

First Aid - 1 Day Emergency First Aid For Motorcyclists This course has been devised for bikers to deal with accidents to fellow bikers and pillion passengers. Candidates will receive both theoretical and practical demonstrations of how to respond in an accident.

The course includes:

  • Basic Life Support
  • Spinal and Airway Management
  • Moving and Handling of casualty
  • Methods of Helmet removing (although this is normally advised against, in certain cases it is a necessity such as if the casualty has stopped breathing)
  • Bleeding, Cuts, Breaks and Burns.
  • Shock
  • Accident Management
  • Course Costs
